Eat It! And Love It!

Do you like vegatables? Well, i dont either because they are nasty. My doctor says i need to eat more fruits and vegatables. If you don’t eat those things you will not have an healthy life. I know that beacuse people are wasting there time eating bad unhealthy things. They eat chips, and less salad,cookies, and less carrots, more hot dogs ,and more fruits. Even if you dont want to you have to.Right now i eat more vegatables and fruits. On the Earth.Also a lot of sea animals live there and they are losing their homes and they are starting to pass away.Animals are very important in this world.That is why it is very important to not polute the world.I would feel bad if all of the sea animals pass away.Please do not polute the Earth. It’s a good thing to keep our commuite clean.

    Vegtables are very healthy for your body. My brother doesnt like them, so i have to tell him santa will give you extra present for every one you eat. This made my brother really excited!

    Fruits are also very healthy and sweet. The grapes are sweet because they have raw sugar water in it. The apples are healthy for your teeth and oranges are great in calcium. I hope everyone gets a habit of having alot of vegetables and fruits.

    I don’t eat all my vegetables, but I like carrots and corn and salad. You should eat your other food groups too. There important too! Their better than other unheathy food. Maybe once and a while, but not all the time. Happy Vegetables!

    You might not like vegies, but try to sneak some into your deserts. My mom chops up zuchini and puts it in cakes, you can’t taste it!!!!!!

    I kind of like vegtables, my favorite veggie is carrots. Did you know they help you see better. I have veggies almost every day especially at dinner. We have green beans, only when we have a real meal. On the weekend I don’t usually have veggies but during the week I eat veggies because they help you grow to be big and strong.

    i dont like vegetables but you have to eat once in a wile! I only like one kind of vegetable and it is a carrot! But, i anly like my carrots steamed! i hate vegetables rough!

    My favorite vegetable would have to be a carrot they’re yummy and delicious I would eat them everyday if I could. There good for your eye site and it has vitamins.

    I don’t get why people don’t really eat vegetables they’re great! Like carrots for example they help with eye site. I eat lot’s of carrots at my house I wouldn’t mind eating them everyday!

    Vegetables are very important. I only like certain vegetables though. I don’t like lima beans, spinach, squash and alot of others that I cannot think of right now. But, what do sea animals have to do with vegetables? I understand how junk food has trash, but that is an entirely different subject!

    I think eatig vegetables taste good.I eat them almost every day.To me they taste good.If you do not like it, you do not know how it taste like.Eating healthy food can lead you to a good life.But sometimes it can make you sick if you eat like toooo much of it.I live a healthy life because I eat all my vegetables.I do not know about you but i think you should eat alot of vegetables.

    I love vegetables they taste really good. I just notice that. My mom put vegetables in food I didn’t know I ate the food. After I was done she told me Iwas eating vegetables. Now I love them.

    I love some vegetables and fruit but I like fruit more than veggies.I like fruit such as banana’apples’kiwi’grapes’andots more. I know a lot of people don’t like to eat all these things but you have to eat healthy so you can get muslus.

    I like many foods because they are good for your bones to grow strong. These foods your talking about are a life time eating plan. You can never forget the greens because about 87% of your bones need it and the rest of the foods you need to eat are the rest of the percentage.It makes your body have alot of energry in your body. Also if you eat junk food your life will become short. One more thing is that stay heathly everyday of your life.

    I don not like vegtables, they don’t taste good. Some don’t even have a flavor, but I still have to eat them because I will not be health and strong.
