The Mighty Marines
I think that the people in the service are awesome because they fight for us everyday. I know this because my brother and my grandfather were both in the service longer than four years of there lives. When my grandfather was in the service i wasn’t alive but some of my brothers and sisters were. But when my brother was in the service i was alive and almost every year he came and visited. Some of the years though he couldn’t leave because they needed him where ever he was and we new that he had to stay there till next year which made us mad but we understood why he couldn’t come. But his job was very hard one of the years he came home he told us that he got hit with a knife on his back and he had a big scratch but the next time he came from the service he was fine. But a couple years after he was in the service he didn’t a different job which involved him to go back to Iraq and fix some of the tanks and car engines when they got messed up in all the fights.

I think that the marines are so cool they are always fighting for our country. They are so cool my brother was in the marines for more then four years.
I agree with you, Jenna. My cousin Chris is in Marines right now. Also, my other cousin, Brandon, graduated from Marines. I respect them very much.
My moms friends son he was in the marines then he came back home and he was not like his self but he is still his self deep deep down he is still hies self but he had hair on his head but the people who are incharge they told every one to shave there hair off and he had no hair but he war a hat that day he is soo alsome.
my brother is in the mariens and so is my cousin and so was my granda. when i grow up i dont think i will join though.i think what they do i very good for our country.
My great grandfather used to be a marine. My opinion is that marines are more superior than any other force in the America. Due to the fact that they both cover land and water. Water is just as important as land especially the attack on iwo jima that only the marines conquered. I think I proved my point.
My brother is in the marines and he says that it is a very hard thing to join expeccially the beggingin becuase you have to get used to poeple screaming at you and waking up really early!
My grandfather was in the marines when he was in the servse. He was in the 52nd infintry divison. He was part of the invasion of Okinowa. He was a radio opperator.
The marines are awesome for what they do for our country everyday of there lives. They fight for us and what they think is best for America and the people who live there.
I am very proud of the marines because they fight for our lives. My cousin is in the marines and he told us stories. He said that boot camp is so horrible! They have to have their heads shaved and they pay for it, too! I think you left out a lot of information. Marines are not just about fighting and getting hurt. Marines are not proud about hurting people. They are proud, though, to support the United States of America. Why else would they be called
“The Few. The Proud. The Marines.” I love the Marines!
I love the marines because they risk their lives to serve and protect our country. I would like to go in the armed forces when I grow up. There are many armed forces but my favorite is the air force. I love all marines!
